Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only
DemGuide sells 100% digital products — ebooks, PDF guides, blueprints, templates, AI prompts, toolkits and downloadable courses. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. No courier, postal, or freight service is involved in any DemGuide transaction.
2. Delivery method
After a successful payment, your purchased product is delivered electronically through:
- An instant on-screen download link on the order confirmation page, and
- Your customer account at demguide.online/my-orders, where you can re-download anytime.
3. Delivery time
Instant. Access is granted within a few seconds of payment confirmation by our payment gateway (Razorpay). In rare cases where a payment is held for bank verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours. We will notify you by email if any such delay occurs.
4. Delivery charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges on any DemGuide order. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
5. If you don't receive your product
If your payment was successful but you do not see the product in your account within 30 minutes, please:
- Check your spam / promotions folder for the order confirmation email.
- Sign in and visit My Orders.
- If the issue persists, email support@demguide.online with your registered email and payment reference. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
6. International customers
Because DemGuide is digital-only, our products are accessible worldwide. No customs duty, import tax or shipping fee applies.
